THE VINEYARD

 

The adventure started in 2015 when Eddie decided to take a leap of faith and follow in the footsteps of the Romans who planted vines in these fields. We've taken it upon ourselves as the descendants of these fields, to pay tribute to those pioneers, in carrying on their legacy and adopting traditional winemaking practises.

We have been through a huge learning curve to produce grapes for sparkling wine, a long way from our professions as arable farmers and IT sales consultants, but in 2019 we successfully harvested our first vintage crop which has been blended and produced by award-winning winemaker, Emma Rice at Hattingly Valley Wines.  Once bottled, our wine will be available under 'Bath Sparkling Wine' label.

We anticipate that our classic blend of sparkling wine will be ready in autumn 2021 and we are beyond excited to share it with you!
